The past week or so has been quite interesting. While i was busy crashing cars and making people upset, some lucky people have been playing Mario Sunshine already and things are'a looking'a very good'a. The cube is looking tastier and tastier and ninja's funds are gettin slimmer and slimmer yet. In a way a sickness import gamers know all too well is not at all helped by the fact the gamecube is as easily modded as super gluing your hand to your face, though nowhere near as fun or hurty... wait, i meant to say fun again.

Oh, shit, i think i killed my digi cam! Oh shit, i just called my digital camera a "digi cam"! FUCK!

 

Ive not talked to Shin-boy in awhile, i seriously wonder if he is still alive or if he has become one with the zompirical nation in an endless hunt for flesh and BRAINS and DEATH! And maybe sometimes POPCICLES. Cause he hella dumb like that, j0. Remind a ninja to smack him in his lips next time i see him for reasons other than flesh, brains, death and/or popcicles.

Things have been all crazy for this ninja lately, mostly trying to express feelings towards another of the female variety mostly with nothing but failure blasting in my face. All fun. Anyways, that Rein of Fire is looking pretty decent from what ive been reading about it. I hope it is. OfficeSpace as a DVD should have more stuff, taken the movie is well enough on its own id love to see some behind the scenes thangs. Nuthin. Crazy Taxi is in the crazy hizouse (as the kids say). All things seem in upheaval all around me. My living space has turned to a secondary cave of sorts allowing me very little space to actually move about. I guess thats my bad for that but it all happened all of a sudden. Like i looked away to play a little Halo (for the BOX) and BLAM! Tornadoes could learn a thing or two from me. School is coming up and life in a sense of whats going on is still up in the air for me. At least i have S.C.I.E.N.C.E. blasting in my ears. Thats where you put music, you see.

 

Crazy Taxi 3 is finally out for the lonely XBox. SO far i must say it definitely doesnt suck. At least not in the sense that the second one did. Its still all shiny and new to us ol school Taxi#1 players but its not bland with a spoonful heaping side of more bland that seemed to be the norm for the second Taxi installment. Hitmaker crafted a much more rounded out, uncluttered game. And to think, it DOES get better than Derby Owners Club! W00t. What i find was nice enough of the Makers of Hit to do was include all the drivers from all the games AND their respective cities ("original" modes didnt make the cut, i guess), albeit all XBoxed out. Truly making this the King of Crazy.You can save replays now too. So now when you jumped that building and did a 360 into a twist and got like, TOTALLY, what seemed like a million billion points, and shit. Now you can prove it, you liar. Oops. Bonus points to the fact the XBox controller mirrors the DC controller. Though ive only had a few measly hours of play at the disc i can already tell ima gonna hate the Crazy X, this sequels Crazy Pyramid scheme. Its an X. Hence the name. Moving on. I do recommend picking this one up, folks. It gets a FOUR happy ninjas outta FIVE. Hey look, i can add masked objectivity too, ShamePro!

Oh, its THAT type of game... (?!)

Ive been noticing how much time ive been spending doing completely ass-nothing as of late. It really had gotten my attention when i went to go checkout the web comics that i love so much and seeing that almost two weeks have gone unnoticed. The time had pasted when i checked up on em almost daily. Ive been thinking about it and still cant figure it out. Its not like ive been watching TV or just chillin in front of my comp or anything as mundane as that, even. Its that ive been literally doing ... nothing. Maybe is cause the show i have been a part of has finally run up and on out and ive nothing to do. Maybe its less hours from my work in allowing my new boss to flesh out the place uncluttered with human. Maybe its the moons all being fucked to their normal alignment. Maybe its just cause shit has been happening. In any course, i just felt like writing this ramdom bit down to get it offa my chest. I just feel like this is the dry season of my life or something and shit to do is on vacation. I dunno. Maybe its like this lil miss said to me today, it means an earthquake is coming. Quite before the storm or something. I only wish it would happen soon before i start to swallow my own tongue or foam at the mouth... or something...

 

Alright. this painting thing is starting to get outta hand. I sit down to get my new WRX and Lancer Bits all prettied up and its like im painting with my damn eyes shut. Ive painted lil parts like bumpers and shit before but painting the whole chassis is like trying to fit the thread through the needle's eye but with only my teeth. Needless to say the update with my pics will have to wait. In the meantime ive found these cool domestic conversions i think any fan should checkout. ARGH!

 

Alright a little tung tung (thats owie auf der chinesisch). I agree with that tycho had to say in his words against apples new campaign in that these people setup by apple are nothing more than "corporate avatars" sent out to help 'suade other such people into buying another, more tastier machine but in doing so making NORMAL people who like their coffee black and pungent and have cares of things normally not computer related and bathe and so forth upset at seeing these other "people" talk about how one machine is better that the other. Honestly, like many mac fiends (in wonton lust, not status), I feel a bit of pride everytime apple puts themselves on the tele or billboard, be it a plop of stool or the blueberry iMacs. Or are those two one and the same. Anyways, i agree that the neener-neener concept of trying to lure people into the dark side is a bit... childish, it still is a tool to make you think. Be it joyous, be it mad, it still puts the name of the company back into your brain and makes you think about it. I know some naysayers of things apple, while still steaming about their thoughts of things apple-new, might come across a comp running OSX and start to play around with it just to see how the enemy thinks and really begin to enjoy the power of its complexity and simplicity. When this happens i think all the time apple has spent to achieve infamy will be time well spent indeed.

Ask me what strike is. Go ahead... ask me. What's that? You ask me what strike is? You really want to know what strike is?! I'll tell you what strike is!! Strike is 6-8 hours of physical, manual, and slave labor performed by weak and frail actors. Who takes down all the set pieces, props, set dressings, costumes, and lights after a show has finished its run? Everybody that worked on the show... that's who. Are all actors really weak and frail... and have no clue how to use any power tool? No... that's not right. Take Ninja and I for example. I don't know about anybody else really, but I worked my ass off taking down scaffoldings, lights, and power cables. While Ninja and I were not in the same work group, everytime I glanced over to his direction, he was working just as hard as I was. Now... that first part about weakness and frailty... does have a bit of truth to it. Not all performers are fit for physical labor. In fact, some find it more helpful to constantly bitch and complain about the health of their nails... or whatever. This, I know by experience. Surprisingly enough, even though it consisted mostly of high-school girls, this last cast I worked with actually didn't piss me off during strike. In fact, the people that most shirked their duty's were the older people. Romeo... Bigs... *tsk, tsk, tsk*... I'm ashamed. ^_^ Anyway... all in all... it was a damned successful run of "West Side Story". Congratulations all, on a show that kicked much ass!

 

So... I'm going off to UC Riverside. I just went down for a day to check out the campus and fill out some random paper-work. The place is really nice, and I think I'm gonna' have a good time there. I'll be leaving sometime in late September. I like it a lot... and I plan to show that school just what I can do. They will bow before me! I will keep them all under my boot for all of eternity!!! Watch out UCR!!! YOU BREATHED YOUR LAST BREATH!!!! *cough* ... Wish me luck ya'll!

Well, today shin and my show ends. If you want to still see it id go quickly for tix as its prolly gonna be sold out soon. Twas a good show. Checking out IGN for the first time in about a month i noticed how many great PS2 games coming out. Great in theroy, that is. One can never tell things about a game these days. There were so many that i only wish i had more time for this post. Oh, well. Checkout ign.ps2 for all the digs. Magic Box is also exploding with goodies.

Men In Black II. Snappy, but left a little empty. Perhaps its the ho-hum ending that was post 9/11 that all movies seem to be effected by now. The original ending contained ships coming outta the twin towers or some shit. Fantastic.

 

Thanks, Ms Triflidy, but i already posted about the shirt ninja fad already. Sheesh, thats SO last season anyways. Heh, so as it turns out the new bad religion isnt half bad. Good, catchy tunes. Been playing lots of Warcraft3 lately and i have to say all expectations beat. Those of you enemies of the state who seem to think its popular to not be popular and blast the game >:P mleh.

 

Bruce Lee:Quest of the Dragon for XBox, stay away from it with any and all means possible. The free copy of Dragon: The Bruce Lee [dvd] was the only reason why i preorder the godforsaken thing. Jason Scott Lee (no, not THAT Jason Scott Lee) and Rob Cohen make for a great tribute. I often enjoy games and their ability to entertain despite they are only blips and bleeps made to simulate real life albeit more fanciful. One would think that if you were to go at making em, games, a certain amount of forethought would be given to insure that the game delivers. This could be said for anything really but games have a sort of a past, you see. Games that suck can be learned from and games that are original and challenge in a good way are remembered as good. Either/or, we are changed and can forever make sure games are of the level to be expected.. or more. I think Ronin was in the bathroom when all this happened. To these fellows their bowels to expel fiery excrement. Bruce Lee's legend, bruised but not ruined...

 

Ikaruga is a go, sir. Thank you again, Treasure for scary-ing the poop outta this ninja again. Whew.

Those also disappointed with Maximo, Super Ghouls and Ghost for GBA is looking better all the time. Basically a port but with added goods for those looking for goods, added. Uh, mostly. I smile to hear some levels from Ghost and Goblins and the original Ghouls and Ghost are being added and pretty-fied. Woot.

Yummy. Anyways, 8000+ calories later im at home and i spy a bag of homemade beef jerky. Or rather, it spied me. Beckoning my to savor its lovely beefy flavor. Took a piece i did. I think thats when my stomach pretty much said, "fuck this... im outta here" and thats when the bad comes in. The pain is pretty thick in my gullet. Bloated and hurty i sit before you now. Did i mention Crank Yankers yet? Well, i guess i have to start somewhere. Crank Yankers is a show where A quality comedians crank call up random people and businesses for a laugh or so then the whole thing is dubbed over puppets. Brilliant. I really dont know what else to say but check it out, its a whole lotta coolness and such. The site has a bunch of great goodies for us to peruse. I believe its on at 10PM PST on Sundays. Neverwinter nights AND Warcraft 3 are out... good ...god. I think ill have my thoughts up in a bit. WC3 is the first ever non-exp boxed game to be a hybrid [both Mac and PC formatted]. Yay Blizzard! :_D

If you are in the BayArea and can somehow get to Fremont's Smith Center at Ohlone College you can actually capture a glimpse of Shin and i performing our little buns (and other parts) off in West Side right now. The 6th, 11th, 12th and 13th are the last days showing. Tix are about 12 bucks and its outdoor ampetheatre seating. The sets are grrrrrrrrrEAT! We and a cast of about 30 have put a lot of hard work into the show and we'd love to have you check it out! The show starts at about 8 and has already opened to rave reviews. If rave meant no.
